Laurie founded Delaware County Paranormal Research with Faith Tarring to formalize their study of spirits, ghosts, and the paranormal. Their group has now expanded and become Tri-County Paranormal, which is directed by Laurie and Bill. Laurie has had a lifelong interest in the paranormal and began psychic development study at the age of 13 at Parastudy under the guidance of Ernestine Knippschield. Living in a haunted house gave her first hand experience with ghosts and was the driving force behind her efforts to understand the phenomena she experienced on a daily basis. She is the author of Brandywine Valley Ghosts,Philly's Main Line Haunts, Supernatural Pennsylvania, and Supernatural Mid-Atlantic. She is actively involved in all of our investigations and is hard at work on her next book, Haunted Honeymoons. |

Born in the middle of a hurricane (which may explain a few things).
He is a veteran and was a Philadelphia Police Officer for 26 before he retired and then worked as a residential therapist for at-risk children. Rich has been a Civil War reenactor for the past 15 years. Heavily involved in the preservation of historic sites and battlefields, along with assisting the unit in finding Civil War soldiers' graves and placing stones on those that have none.
Rich joined us in September 2005.
His main focus is on the technical aspect of Paranormal research with the ability to sense spirit presence.
His objective is to assist persons in 'cleansing' their propery or themselves of unwanted or dangerous spirits and to assist spirits who are are trapped, afraid, or do not know how to move on enter the light and move on.
Prior to joining our group and discovering his ability to sense a presence (thanks to Laurie and Faith) he had several personal experiences. |

Aarika is a college student and Laurie's daughter. She has visited haunted locations all over the world with her mother and maintains an open and sensitive approach to spirits. Although she is young, she has been assisting in investigations for over 5 years. |

She has been able to do things since she was about 3, like finding lost scissors for her mother, recognizing antique items by touching them. She has had ghosts in her life on a regular basis since 1970, when she moved into my first haunted house.
Upon meeting up with Laurie she has sharpened her skills and also realized a few she didn't know she had. Her special gift is retro-cognition.
She is allowed and honored to live in a haunted condo, and provide food, furniture, and a snuggly lap for two cats. Unfortunately, due to health issues, Faith has had to take a step back from investigating. We all miss her and wish her well.
